The Mane Collective Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposits:

• MANE Extensions: 50% deposit required at booking, remaining 50% due at service completion

• Full sets of lashes: $50 deposit required at booking, remaining balance due at service completion

• All other services: Payment in full due at time of service

Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms:

• 48+ hours notice: No charge, deposit refunded or applied to rescheduled appointment

• 24-48 hours notice: 50% of total service fee charged

• Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: 100% of total service fee charged

We understand that plans can change. To avoid any charges, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule by calling 509.425.3551.

Rescheduling: While we will do our best to accommodate you with a new appointment time as soon as possible, we kindly ask that you make every effort to keep your original appointment time. Our schedule is carefully planned to provide the best service to all our clients.
